Instrument rentals are month-to-month, with no minimum rental commitment.
The applicable monthly rental fee is based on the equipment package selected at the time of rental.
Rental fees are automatically charged on the first of each month along with tuition, using the payment method authorized and on file with Tom Kopyto Music.
Renters must be 18 years of age or older and must provide a valid credit card and a valid driver's license.

Tom Kopyto Music is responsible for maintaining the rented instrument in good working condition during the rental period, except for damage resulting from the renter's negligence, misuse, willful misconduct, or other improper handling.
If an instrument requires repair because of the renter's negligence, misuse, willful misconduct, or other damage for which the renter is responsible, the renter agrees to pay Tom Kopyto Music a minimum repair fee of $30.00, as well as any additional repair costs when applicable.
All repairs must be performed by a technician approved by Tom Kopyto Music. The renter may not authorize or perform repairs without prior approval from Tom Kopyto Music.

The renter is responsible for loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the instrument while it is in the renter's possession, including damage caused by fire, excessive wear and tear, misuse, or other causes beyond normal use.
If the instrument or any included accessories are lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond repair, the renter is responsible for the stated value of the instrument and applicable package items.

The renter may end the rental agreement at any time by returning the instrument and all included accessories to Tom Kopyto Music in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
The rental remains active until the instrument has been returned and accepted by Tom Kopyto Music.
Any rental charges or other amounts due through the date of return remain the renter's responsibility.

If the renter defaults under this agreement, and after Tom Kopyto Music provides any notice required by applicable law, Tom Kopyto Music may exercise all remedies available by law, including repossession of the rented instrument and recovery of amounts owed.
The renter is responsible for reasonable costs of collection, court costs, and/or legal fees to the extent permitted by law.
These amounts are in addition to unpaid rental charges owed through the date the instrument is returned to Tom Kopyto Music.

Electronic Funds Authorization

As a duly authorized account holder on the financial institution account identified, I authorize Tom Kopyto Music LLC to perform scheduled or periodic electronic charges from the bank account or credit card on file for lesson tuition or other charges made to my account.
This authorization includes monthly instrument rental fees and any other amounts due under this Instrument Rental Agreement. If any electronic debit is returned by my financial institution as Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), I authorize Tom Kopyto Music LLC to collect any applicable returned-item fees by electronic debit from my account, or I will pay the balance due by another payment method.
